  • Custom Digital Orders: Delivered via email within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity and current workload.

  • Custom Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after design approval.

  • Non-Custom Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: Sent to production within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • Non-Custom Products: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

    Starlight Falls Studios currently ships to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

    Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and product type.

Our print-on-demand items are fulfilled through Printify, which works with a global network of professional print partners.

Depending on your location and the product ordered, packages may be shipped via:

Delivery times vary based on fulfillment location and destination.

  • Within Europe: approximately 5–10 business days after production

  • United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days after production

  • United States: approximately 5–12 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, weather or carrier disruptions.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
