Step 1: Tell Me Your Idea Fill out the form below with what you're looking for. The more details, the better!

Step 2: I'll Send You a Quote Within 2-3 business days, I'll send you a price estimate and timeline based on your request.

Step 3: We Refine the Details Once you approve the quote, we'll finalize exactly what you want - colors, style, size, product type, etc.

Step 4: I Create Your Design I'll create your custom design and send you a digital preview for approval before printing.

Step 5: I Ship Your Order Once approved, I'll get it printed and shipped to you. Easy!

Pricing depends on complexity and what you're asking for. Here's a general guide:

Photo Personalization (Simple)

Starting at €25

Add your photo to an existing product (mug, tote, pillow, blanket, etc.) Perfect for: Family photos, pet photos, vacation memories, personalized gifts

How Payment Works:

Custom orders require full payment before design work begins. This ensures I can dedicate time to your project.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and Bancontact.

No PayPal, Venmo, or third-party apps required - just check out like any online shop.

🚫 Custom Work is Non-Refundable

Because every custom order is made specifically for you, I cannot offer refunds once design work begins.

However:

✅ You'll receive a digital preview for approval before anything goes to print

✅ One round of revisions is included in the price

✅ I'll work with you to make sure you love the final design

📦 Product Quality Issues

If there's a manufacturing defect or printing error (not related to the design itself), I'll work with my print partner to replace the item or issue a refund.

Note: Custom orders do not qualify for the standard 14-day return period under Netherlands consumer law, as they are made-to-order specifically for you.

  • Absolutely! I'll send you a digital preview for approval before anything goes to print.

  • I include one round of revisions in the price. Additional major changes may incur extra fees, but I'll work with you to make sure you love it.

  • Yes! Once your custom design is created, you can order it on as many products as you'd like. Each product is charged separately.

  • Sometimes! Rush orders (under 1 week) may incur a 50% rush fee. It also depends on the complexity of the order for the time frame if the order can be completed in under a week. Contact me to check availability.

  • For custom illustrations, I provide the final design on your chosen product. If you need the digital file separately (for personal printing or sharing), we can discuss adding that to your order for an additional fee.

  • Yes! If you want 5 mugs with the same design, 10 totes, etc., just let me know in your request form.

  • Yes! I ship to EU, UK, US, and Canada. Shipping costs vary by location.
